About Boundary Resilience Collective LLC

Boundary Resilience Collective LLC is a coaching and education company founded by Stacie Garcia, M.Ed., M.S.

We help women rebuild confidence, strengthen self-trust, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, regain practical and emotional footing, and move forward with greater freedom, peace, and independence.

Our work is designed for women who are currently in, leaving, or rebuilding after difficult, unhealthy, manipulative, or high-conflict relationships. We also support women who experience boundary challenges in family, friendship, workplace, financial, adult-child, or other relationships.

We focus on observable patterns and personal impact without diagnosing another person. You remain the decision-maker about your relationships, goals, boundaries, and future.

You do not need to prove a diagnosis before taking your experience, safety, values, or boundaries seriously.

The Six-Stage Boundary Resilience Journey

Boundary resilience is the capacity to remain connected to your values and choices when a boundary produces discomfort, pressure, conflict, fear, guilt, loneliness, or resistance.

1. RECOGNIZE — See What Is Happening

Develop clarity by identifying repeated behaviors, relationship patterns, personal impact, and the ways you may have learned to minimize or abandon your own needs.

2. RECLAIM — Hear Yourself Again

Reconnect with your identity, values, needs, preferences, strengths, voice, and ability to trust your own observations and judgment.

3. REBUILD — Get Back on Your Feet

Strengthen your practical and emotional foundation by identifying priorities, support systems, resources, responsibilities, and manageable next steps.

4. REINFORCE — Choose What You Will Do

Create boundaries that focus on what is within your control. Practice communicating clearly, following through, and preparing for possible resistance.

5. RECOVER — Stay Grounded Through Discomfort

Learn to respond to guilt, fear, loneliness, doubt, triggers, temporary change, pressure, and setbacks without losing connection with yourself.

6. MOVE FORWARD — Build a Life Aligned With Your Values

Integrate what you have learned and create a sustainable plan for greater confidence, peace, freedom, independence, and values-aligned living.

The boundary is not the transformation. The transformation is the growing capacity to trust yourself to honor your needs, values, limits, and choices.

The Boundary Resilient Woman™

Strong enough to set the boundary. Resilient enough to keep it.

The Boundary Resilient Woman™ is a structured 12-week coaching and educational experience that helps women move beyond simply recognizing unhealthy patterns and begin rebuilding their lives.

During the program, participants work through the six stages of Boundary Resilience:

  • Weeks 1–2: RECOGNIZE

  • Weeks 3–4: RECLAIM

  • Weeks 5–6: REBUILD

  • Weeks 7–8: REINFORCE

  • Weeks 9–10: RECOVER

  • Weeks 11–12: MOVE FORWARD

Each week combines focused education, guided coaching, personal reflection, practical tools, workbook exercises, between-session practice, and a client-chosen action step.

The program does not tell participants whether to stay, leave, confront, separate, divorce, reconcile, report, or take legal action. Each woman remains the decision-maker about her life.

Understanding Coaching and Therapy

Boundary Resilience coaching is future-focused, goal-oriented, collaborative, and client-led. It can help you increase awareness, clarify your values, identify choices, develop practical boundary skills, create action steps, and strengthen accountability and resilience.

Coaching is not:

  • Psychotherapy, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or mental-health treatment

  • Crisis intervention or emergency response

  • Domestic-violence advocacy or safety planning

  • Medical care or legal advice

  • A substitute for licensed clinical care or specialized services

  • Direction about whether you should stay, leave, confront, separate, divorce, reconcile, report, or take legal action

Another type of professional support may be more appropriate when there is immediate danger, stalking, threats, escalating violence, a need for individualized safety planning, significant trauma or mental-health symptoms, or legal, housing, custody, immigration, financial, or medical concerns.

Coaching may pause or occur alongside other professional support when appropriate.
